Peacham Greens is a small hilltown farm tucked beyond the village of Peacham in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. Its goal is to grow vegetables that are flavorful, nutritious, accessible, and close to home. Owners Eric and Michelle grow fresh, organic vegetables on a small scale, guided by no-till and regenerative practices that nurture living soil and support biodiversity. They currently operate a farmstand and CSA program and attend regional farmers' markets.
Peacham Greens farm organically with a biodynamic spirit, letting things stay wild and scrappy more often than not, and working with natural cycles to cultivate crops slowly and respectfully by hand. They grow a wide range of market garden vegetables, along with small amounts of fruit, culinary herbs, and microgreens.
