Kingdom Mountain Maple is a small, diversified farm focused mainly on certified organic maple production. Owners Dan and Kim Backus use the process of reverse osmosis to conserve energy and concentrate sugar content, resulting in the Grade A purity that Vermont is famous for. With over 2,800 taps spread out over their forested property in Westfield, there's plenty to go around!
