Slice of Vermont

Slice of Vermont is a small, family-owned and run business in Williston, VT. In 2008, despite the economic collapse, Dan Roscioli and his wife decided to become entrepreneurs and create affordable, nutrient-dense, and delicious foods for kids. They have since grown into a wholesale specialty food producer, making Italian-American foods with clean, simple ingredient lists and nothing else.

The Rosciolis take pride in offering food free of artificial additives, preservatives, colorants, and flavors, using the same ingredients that would have been used 100 years ago. Many of their recipes have been passed down in the Roscioli family for generations (the oldest bakery in Rome is owned by the Roscioli family).
