ACORN's mission is to promote the growth and health of local food and agriculture in Vermont’s Champlain Valley by providing support to farmers and food producers, engaging in food education, and ensuring access to healthy food for all members of the community.

Centrally located in Middlebury, Vermont, the ACORN Food Hub hosts an online market as well as local supply chain support to aggregate, market, and distribute food products from producers and farms around Vermont’s Champlain Valley. The Food Hub also provides farm-to-school support to local schools, consumer education, transparent pricing, high-quality customer support, and houses the Farmacy: Food is Medicine program.
