Head cheesemaker Nicole Foster and her family milk 325 cows on 1200 acres of farmland. Nicole has enjoyed creating tasty products unique to Bridport Creamery, including a “Swisserella” cheese. She and her team work hard to maintain a close connection with the local community in Bridport, Vermont, where small farms dot the rolling green hills and cows outnumber residents.

Bridport Creamery embraces environmentally friendly farming practices, and all its dairy products are antibiotic- and hormone-free. The business focuses on cheese curds because they're easier to make, more affordable, and thus accessible for Vermonters (without compromising quality or taste).
