From the shores of Lake Champlain in Bridport, Vermont, Bridport Creamery produces farm-fresh cheese curds in a variety of flavors (including maple, everything bagel, garlic habanero, and more!). Head cheesemaker Nicole Foster and her family milk 325 cows on 1200 acres of farmland. Nicole has enjoyed creating tasty products that are unique to Bridport Creamery, including a “Swisserella” cheese. Because cheese curds are easier to make and often more affordable, Bridport Creamery is helping to make Vermont's dairy products more accessible (without compromising quality or taste).
