A four-generation family business, Brault's Meat Market and Slaughterhouse provides a variety of custom and commercial butchering services and products. The majority of the meat is raised by the business, though they also source from local farms and process it on-site. Tony Brault and Kathy Couture, with help from Tony's son Corey, own and operate Brault's. With a focus on local farm-fresh and specialized meat, Brault’s has been a Northeast Kingdom staple for over 95 years.

Brault’s is a Vermont state-inspected facility that has been working with over 700 Vermont farmers to process locally raised meats.
